MP4Save respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

DMCA Notice Requirements

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
  • Your name, address, and phone number

Repeat Infringers

MP4Save maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. A user's account will be terminated if they receive multiple DMCA notices.

Modifications to Policy

MP4Save reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on this page.
